My passion for teaching people to move better has come from my own experience of suffering injuries and the effect that can have on both our physical and mental health.

I discovered that rather than looking at quick fixes and trends, it was about moving well consistently and building better habits with mobility and strength training, that my well being drastically improved, as did my outlook on what I could do, rather than what I couldn’t.

I want to give an option to someone who feels nervous about starting their fitness journey and doesn’t know where to begin. Every’body’ and any’body’ deserves to feel and move better. When we show up for ourselves we show up better for our loved ones and that is so important to me.

Simple and consistent. Move better, feel better….. and always smile ;)
